Online payments

This feature is still in development.

SummitPSA does not yet include an online payment gateway. There is currently no card checkout or Stripe-style integration that lets a client pay an invoice directly through the app.

What works today

You can fully track the money side of an invoice by recording payments manually after a client pays you through your own channel (bank transfer, card, cheque, direct debit, etc.). See Recording a payment. Recorded payments update the invoice status and feed the finance dashboard and accounting exports.

What is planned

A built-in online payment option — letting clients pay an invoice from a portal link — is on the roadmap but not available in this release. Until then, continue collecting payments through your existing methods and recording them against the invoice.
