Branding your help center
The public help center brands itself from your existing instance settings — there's no separate theme to build. It presents your MSP, not the product name.
What drives the branding
- Name — your company name is used as the help center's brand name.
- Accent color — the portal accent color colors the public KB.
- Logo — your uploaded branding logo appears in the header. Logos follow the same image rules as article images (JPEG/PNG/WebP/GIF, served from
/uploads/branding/). - Support email — your company email is shown as the contact address.
Where to set these
Set the company name, email, accent color, and logo in System settings; the public KB picks them up automatically. Update them once and both the client portal and the public help center stay consistent.
Category intros
You can also give each category an intro that appears on its section page — a good place for a short orientation paragraph for visitors.
