Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

This policy explains what information SummitPSA collects through this website and preview, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest because the preview collects very little.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you join the waitlist or apply for early access, we collect what you submit in the form:

Information collected automatically

When you use the website or the hosted demo, our servers and standard web infrastructure process basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested, and we use essential cookies (for example, a session cookie) needed to operate the site and demo. We use this to run and secure the Service, not to build advertising profiles.

2. How we use your information

3. Where your information is stored

Waitlist and early-access submissions are stored on our own SummitPSA systems (our application database on infrastructure we control). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Service providers (sub-processors)

We keep third parties to a minimum. Today, the Service relies on our hosting / infrastructure provider to run the website, demo, and database. As the product matures we expect to add:

We will update this policy before any new sub-processor begins handling your personal information.

5. Email

During the preview we do not send automated marketing email. We may email you directly using the address you provided, in connection with the launch or your early-access request. You can ask us to stop at any time.

6. Data retention

We keep waitlist and early-access information for as long as needed to contact you about the launch and early access, and to operate the Service. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and (for residents of the EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA, among others) additional rights. We extend these core choices to everyone: to exercise any of them, email hello@summitpsa.com and we will respond. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and the preview is provided without warranty as described in our Terms of Service.

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, with additional notice.

11. Contact
