Company details, domains, and settings
The company profile captures the identity, contact and account details SummitPSA uses across tickets, contracts and invoices.
Identity and account fields
- Name, Trading name and Legal name
- Type and Tier
- Account manager, Industry and Employee count
- Tax number for billing
Contact and address
Each company records a phone, email and website, plus a full postal address (two address lines, city, state/province, postcode and country, which defaults to United States). There is also a free-text Internal notes field for staff-only context.
SummitPSA stores a company website but does not maintain a separate list of email domains on the company record.
Sites
A company can have multiple sites (locations). Add a site from the company detail page; each site has its own name, address, phone, email and access notes. Contacts can be tied to a specific site.
Linked records
The detail page also surfaces the company's contacts, assets, recent contracts and invoices, and any knowledge base articles assigned to that company.
Monthly automated reports
Per company you can enable a monthly client report, choose which sections it includes, add a custom intro, pick recipient contacts, and optionally BCC the account manager. From the company you can also send a preview to yourself or send the report immediately.
