Branding: name, accent color, and logo

Branding settings let you tailor SummitPSA's appearance to your MSP. They are set under Admin → Settings and require the admin_settings.manage permission.

Application name

The Application name (app_name, default SummitPSA) is the brand label shown across the staff UI.

Client portal branding

• Portal name — display name on the client support portal (default Client Support Portal).
• Portal tagline — shown on the portal login (default Submit and track your support requests).
• Portal accent colour — the portal brand colour, entered as a hex value (default #1a3a5c).

Logo

Upload a logo using the logo file field on the settings page. The uploaded image is shown on the client portal and the public knowledge base. To remove a logo, use the clear option and save. The logo is uploaded as a file (not pasted as text), so saving other settings never overwrites the stored logo URL.

The accent colour is stored as a hex string such as #1a3a5c. Use a full six-digit hex value for best results.
